I'm doing some research into the crowd solver in houdini and I'm running into trouble with the crowd solver dop. The rest of the houdini 16 work flow seems ok. What I am doing is creating an agent and importing a mixamo fbx character and rig as the source. then I bake it out and use that in the crowd source node and distribute it around a stadium I built. That all works fine but when I bring that setup into the crowd solver, my agents become gigantic. Now I noticed that houdini is applying a scale to my original fbx of .01 so it seems that at some point that scale is reverting back to 1.0 Is there a way in houdini to do a reset xform like you would do in max to zero out the scale transform? This is the first time I've used houdini so I'm not sure what the methodology is.
